How to take it
Adult women: take 2 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
Good to know
Stop taking it once you know you are pregnant and speak to your doctor or midwife about a pregnancy vitamin. Do not take with the contraceptive pill or fertility medicines unless your doctor agrees. Contains iron: keep out of reach of children. Contains fish.
