When should I start a prenatal vitamin?
Ideally at least three months before trying to conceive, because folate helps protect the baby's spine and brain in the very first weeks of pregnancy.
What is inositol used for?
Myo-inositol is widely used by women with PCOS to support regular cycles, ovulation and blood sugar balance. It is usually taken daily for at least three months.
Should my partner take something too?
Yes. A male factor plays a part in about half of couples who struggle to conceive. Men's fertility formulas and healthy habits support sperm quality, so it is worth going together.
