Are herbal products always safe because they are natural?
No. Herbs can be powerful and can interact with medicines, including blood thinners and diabetes and blood pressure medicines. Ask our pharmacist first, especially if you are pregnant.
How long should I take a herbal supplement?
Many are taken in courses of 8–12 weeks. Follow the label and stop if you notice side effects.
