Description

BioSchwartz Bone Strength is a complete bone formula that goes beyond calcium alone. Each serving gives 990mg of calcium from three forms, 380mg of chelated magnesium, vitamin D3 to help absorb calcium, vitamin K2 (MK-7) to help direct it into the bones, plus vitamin C, zinc, manganese, boron and strontium.

How to take it

Adults: take 4 capsules a day with water. You can split them between two meals.

Good to know
