2. Using our website
- You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information, including your contact, delivery and any health details you share with us.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Health information and pharmacist advice
Product descriptions, articles and other content on this website are for general information only and are not a substitute for a diagnosis or treatment from your doctor. Advice from our pharmacists is based on the information you give us, so please make sure it is complete and accurate. Always read the label, follow the recommended dose, and speak to a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital.
As a licensed pharmacy, we may decline or cancel an order if our pharmacist believes a product may not be safe or appropriate for you, and we may ask you questions before supplying certain products.
4. Products, prices and availability
- All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
- We work hard to make sure product information, images and prices are accurate. Packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing it.
- All products are subject to availability. Offers and clearance prices are available while stocks last or until the stated end date.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. Payments are processed securely through Paystack and other payment options shown at checkout. We may cancel an order if payment is not received, if we suspect fraud, or if a product becomes unavailable, and we will refund any amount you have paid.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy. For health and safety reasons, some opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were supplied in error.
8. Promotions, Primacare Club and affiliates
Discount codes, Primacare Club benefits and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Our affiliate programme is governed by its own terms on the Partner with us page.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Primacare Pharmacy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Liability
We take care to provide accurate information and safe, genuine products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from misuse of products, failure to follow label directions or professional advice, or information you did not disclose to us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
