It gives 800mcg DFE of folate for baby’s developing brain and spine, iron for the extra blood your body makes in pregnancy, iodine, vitamin D3, B vitamins and a little DHA, plus a gentle blend of ginger, peppermint and raspberry leaf.

How to take it
Adults: take 1 VegCap a day with a meal or a glass of water. Ideally start before conception and continue through pregnancy and breastfeeding, as your doctor advises.
Good to know
Do not take with other multivitamins or folic acid supplements unless your doctor agrees; total folate should not exceed 1000mcg a day in pregnancy. Contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep well out of reach of children. Contains soy. Not for anyone under 18.
