Description

Serrapeptase is a protein-digesting enzyme, originally discovered in silkworms and now produced by fermentation. How to take it

Take one tablet a day, ideally on an empty stomach (30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.

Good to know

Serrapeptase may increase the risk of bleeding, so speak to our pharmacist first if you take blood thinners such as warfarin, clopidogrel or aspirin, and stop two weeks before any planned surgery. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
