BioSchwartz Advanced 15-Day Colon Detox & Cleanse is a short course for when you feel blocked up, sluggish or bloated. Each capsule combines fibre from psyllium husk, flaxseed and glucomannan with traditional laxative herbs (senna leaf, cascara sagrada, rhubarb root, aloe and buckthorn bark), soothing ginger and slippery elm, noni fruit, and 4 billion CFU of the probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.

How to take it
Adults: take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening with a full glass of water and a meal. This can be increased to 3 capsules a day if needed. Do not use for more than 15 days in a row, and drink plenty of water while you are taking it.
Good to know
This product has a laxative effect. Not for children, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, a bowel blockage, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Take other medicines at least 2 hours before or after, because the fibre can reduce how well they are absorbed. Speak to our pharmacist first if you take heart medicines, water pills or steroids. Stop and see a doctor if you notice bleeding from the back passage. Constipation that lasts longer than two weeks, or a change in bowel habit that doesn’t settle, should be checked by a doctor.
