How to take it
The maker’s full dose is 4 capsules three times a day with meals and a glass of water, taken a few hours apart from any other medicines. At that dose one bottle lasts about 8 days, and BELL recommends 3 bottles for a 2 to 3 week course. It works best taken regularly.
Good to know
Made from shark and bovine cartilage, so avoid if you are allergic to fish; glucosamine is often made from shellfish, so check with our pharmacist if you have a shellfish allergy. Not for children, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Speak to your doctor first if you take warfarin or another blood thinner, have diabetes, or have been told your calcium is high. Joint supplements usually take a few weeks to show a benefit. Keep out of reach of children.
