Description

Cod liver oil has been a family favourite for generations because it gives omega-3 fats together with vitamins A and D in one go. Nature’s Craft uses wild Icelandic cod liver oil that is molecularly distilled and deodorised to reduce fishy taste. Each 2-softgel serving gives 1,000mg of cod liver oil with 240mg omega-3, 1,500mcg vitamin A and 12.5mcg (500 IU) vitamin D3.

How to take it

Adults: take 1 softgel twice a day.
