Description

Oregano oil is extracted from wild oregano (Origanum vulgare) and is rich in carvacrol, a natural plant compound with antioxidant properties. It is traditionally used to support the immune system, especially during the cold season, and to support gut and respiratory health. This organic, alcohol-free formula is blended with olive oil to make it gentler to take.

How to take it

Shake well. Take up to 5 drops one to three times a day with a meal, diluted in water, juice or another drink. Do not take it undiluted in the mouth, as it is very strong and can burn.

Good to know

For adults only; not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children. Avoid if you are allergic to oregano, thyme, basil, mint or sage. Oregano oil may increase the effect of blood thinners and lower blood sugar, so speak to our pharmacist first if you take blood thinners or diabetes medicines, and stop two weeks before planned surgery. Keep away from the eyes.
