How to take it
Adults: take 1 capsule a day with a meal that contains some healthy fat, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Good to know
5000 IU is a high daily amount, best used when advised by a health professional or after a vitamin D test, and not alongside other vitamin D products. Do not take this if you are on warfarin or another vitamin K-sensitive blood thinner unless your doctor agrees.
